Order Online, Pick Up In Store

Most orders are ready within minutes during regular hours. We hold pickup orders until close of business the same day. After that the products go back on the floor, and you are welcome to reorder.

Payment happens in store when you pick up. We take cash or a debit card at the register; credit cards are not allowed under federal banking rules. Debit runs as an ATM withdrawal, so the amount rounds up and a flat fee applies. Bring cash to skip it. There are also ATMs inside the store.

A valid government-issued ID showing you are 21 or older. We check ID at the register when you pay. Every customer is carded on every visit, regardless of age.

Yes. Use the same phone number tied to your Crystal Rewards membership when you order and points are added automatically at pickup.

Yes. The website and the online menu use the same ten product categories, in the same order, so a category you browse here is the one you shop there. Two of them read a little differently in the menu: our Edibles page is listed as Edible Solid, and our Drinks and Tinctures page is listed as Edible Liquid.
